William Glaister is an aviation law specialist with extensive experience in all aspects of aviation finance, including debt, capital markets and M&A transactions. Previously William was head of the global asset finance team at Clifford Chance LLP. He worked at Clifford Chance for 32 years and was based in their London, Singapore and Hong Kong offices. He now works as a legal consultant for various aviation finance related entities and is also a member of the advisory board of The Hague Court of Arbitration for Aviation and a trustee of Orbis UK.

Rob Murphy is a market leader in the aviation sector with extensive experience across a wide spectrum of industry activities. For most of his career, Rob was a partner at leading international law firm Freshfields where he led the firm's global aviation team advising some of the industry's largest lessors and airlines on a wide variety of matters including large scale financing, M&A and restructuring transactions. He also held the position of Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at aircraft lessor CDB Aviation playing a lead role in the formation and build out of the CDB Aviation global leasing platform. Rob now supports airlines and other industry participants as a senior business advisor. He started his career in the aviation industry at Irish based aircraft lessor Guinness Peat Aviation - GPA Group.
