Managing Change in Business: A Fresh Approach is a practical handbook aimed at helping you ‘make it happen’. Intended as an easy-to-follow, self-help volume, it is aimed primarily at employees in businesses undergoing a change programme. Casting aside traditional jargon, this book offers a practical guide. It is all about making the process of change easier – to understand, adapt and accept.

Contents include key drivers of change such as operations strategy, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, digital transformation and climate change. The book also explains the all-important enablers of change, significant change models and the crucial tools needed to help ‘make it happen’. The text is also supported by real-life case examples, linking theory with practice. Business executives, academics, management consultants and business management students will also benefit from this highly readable ‘go to’ book.
