BIID Concise Agreement for Interior Design Services: CID/14

Short, clear, and easy to use, the BIID Concise Agreement for Interior Design Services (CID/14) is a simplified version of the industry standard form of interior design appointment. Now even more user friendly, this contract is suitable for all but the largest and most complex projects, ensuring a fair and balanced relationship between designer and client. Some new features include: three clear and distinct Schedules of Services – Design Services, FF&E Services and Building Services; additional clauses based on designers real, professional experiences; and fully updated references to the new RIBA Plan of Work 2013.
