eLearning Baltics 2010

This book is a collection of the papers accepted for presentation at the eLearning Baltics 2010, the 3rd International eLBa Science Conference held in Rostock, Germany.
eLearning Baltics (eLBa) was initiated by representatives from science as well as business. It aims at stimulating and supporting the exchange of new ideas and experiences between research and application, scientists and practitioners. The 3rd International eLBa Science Conference in 2010 focuses on eLearning technologies as well as on eLearning didactics and as such addressed a variety of topics from the perspective of computer science, educational science, psychology as well as design.
