Chandan Jash is a senior advisory system analyst at IBM India who has been working with SAP solutions for 8 years. He has worked on a number of SAP MII and ME implementation projects in different roles. He has helped build SAP ME competency inside IBM, and currently works as an architect and SME for SAP ME implementation projects.

Dipankar Saha is the IT architect and service delivery lead for SAP MII and SAP ME at IBM India. He previously worked for SAP Labs India and was involved in the design and development of SAP MII; he co-wrote the SAP PRESS book on SAP MII, Implementing and Configuring SAP MII in 2009.
