Alastair is one of Ireland's leading employment law specialists and has a unique legal and HR background. He has held senior HR positions in industry, including banking, retail and technology companies. In 2006 Alastair set up his own legal practice with the purpose of bringing his unique blend of practical and legal advice to employers. Alastair advises on unfair dismissals, equality/discrimination, occupational stress, health and safety, corporate governance, trade disputes, industrial relations and general litigation. Alastair generally practices in the area of dispute resolution and has been involved in many mediations.
