During this time, he has shared his experience with professional engineers under various training schemes, like training programs for graduate engineers and operating personnel. He was recently the Executive Director of Administrative & Technology Control of Various Power Projects, and is now a Guest Faculty in the Department of Power Engineering at Jadavpur University.
