More Basic Verbs 36 photographic A5 cards featuring striking images to inspire storytelling. A set of 36 cards featuring basic verbs not included in the first Basic Verbs Colorcard set but also in frequent use. The cards illustrate frequently used verbs in simple settings. Each card can be selected to be used independently of grouped with others for use to encourage discussion and consideration about the topic depicted. Examples include: the sisters are arguing; the boy is singing; the brothers are crossing the road; the man is building a house; and the boy is drinking from a straw. The cards are valuable for individual and group work and will be a welcome addition to the original set much used by Speech and Language Therapists and others.
