Lara D. Zibarras is Senior Lecturer in Organisational Psychology at City University London and Associate Director for Research at the Work Psychology Group. As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, she has conducted extensive selection assessment research in high-stakes settings, focusing on the applicants’ perspective, and use of innovative assessment methods such as situational judgement tests. She has published widely in academic journals and consulted for public and private sector organisations in the areas of selection, training, development and psychometric assessment.

Rachel Lewis PhD C.Psychol is a registered occupational psychologist and a course director the Business and Occupational Psychology MSc programmes at Kingston Business School. She has had five years teaching on Occupational Psychology programmes at a number of universities including Goldsmiths, University of London, City University London, Nottingham University, Aston University, Loughborough University and London Metropolitan University. Her key research area is in leadership and health, and has published in both academic and professional journals, scholarly books, and at national and international conferences. Rachel is also the director of Affinity Health at Work, a niche occupational health psychology consultancy, where she conducts consultancy work and organizational research in the area of employee health and well-being.
